Aisha al-Saifi, the first woman to win the Omani Poetry Festival, also made history as the first Arab woman to win the prestigious Prince of Poets award at Abu Dhabi’s celebrated poetry competition. Aisha’s evocative poems, including those from The Sea Changes its Gown, reflect her deep connection to Omani culture.

Jérôme Pinel, a two-time champion of the Slam World Cup (Paris 2019) and Slam National (Paris 2018), is known for his dynamic performances in the world of slam poetry. Together, they will read from their collections in French and Arabic, offering a cultural exchange through the power of words.

The evening will be accompanied by the enchanting sounds of the oud, adding a musical layer to this celebration of cultural diversity.
