The lecture will be given by Maïa Sarrouf Willson from the Environment Society of Oman, it will present a brief overview of marine and terrestrial biodiversity in Oman, with a special focus on raptors, sea turtles, marine mammals and other plant species, amongst others. It aims to spread awareness on the importance of conservation, and introduce the participants on existing documentation and literature on the topic.
