Join us for a special cine-concert screening “Paris qui dort” (1924), the whimsical silent film by René Clair, reimagined through the mesmerizing live oud performance of @7amza3li_ .
This pioneering French sci-fi comedy tells the surreal story of Paris mysteriously frozen in time — except for a handful of people who awaken to wander through the still city. Hamza Ali’s evocative oud melodies will bring a new heartbeat to Clair’s timeless vision, blending French cinema and arabic music.
A night where film, music, and imagination meet — bridging Paris and the Arab world in harmony.
Wednesday, November 26th – 6:30 PM
